PROFILE OF NIGERIAN AMBASSADOR TO THE STATE OF KUWAIT

Hon. Jazuli Imam Galadanci is the Nigerian Ambassador to the State of Kuwait with concurrent accreditation to the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Excellency was born on 16th September 1961, hails from Gwale LG Area of Kano State. He garnered vast experience from different walks of life in both public and private sectors, including serving the Kano State Government’s Ministry of Education (1978-1980) as well as the Nigerian Bank for Commerce and Industry (NBCI) between 1983 and 1987. He also served the Universal Turnkey Projects (1990-2003) where he rose through the ranks to become the executive director of Finance and Administration. 

Before Mr. Imam’s appointment as Ambassador, he was elected as a Member House of Representatives (2003-2007). While at the National Assembly, he meritoriously served various Committees; notably: Foreign Affairs, Finance Banking & Currency, House Services, Population, Sports, Niger Delta Development, and Pension Committees. He was a member of, the Buhari/Osinbajo Presidential Campaign Council, Sub-Committee on Contact and Mobilization (2015-2019). Thereafter, served as a Member Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic Kaura Na Moda from 2017-2020. Ditto, he remarkably chaired a panel of Investigation of Financial Irregularities in the Polytechnic of which the assignment virtually lasted for Four months (Jan-April, 2019). Ambassador Imam holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration and Post Graduate Diploma from the prestigious Institutions of Kaduna Polytechnic and Bayero University, Kano respectively.

The former Parliamentarian believes in hard work and standing for the truth. His doggedness in approach to issues and service to the humanity made him excelled in many fields of human endeavours. His Excellency is happily married with children.
